Matthew holds a passion for value process efficiency balanced with honoring the values and principles to unlock the potential of people. He has been successfully leading mission critical projects and programs for over twenty years, most recently focusing on enterprise transformations, driving measurable outcomes of stability, predictability and resource fungibility. With experience in industry verticals including Information Technology, Healthcare and Life Sciences, Banking/FinTech, Cybersecurity, Public Safety, and Airline Transportation, Matthew holds an entrepreneurial mindset and excels in rapidly understanding delivery and revenue processes and relating to the goals and objectives of stakeholders transcending industry focus. Matt is a recognized innovator of organizational design, delivery practices, pragmatic metrics implementation, and was presented with the Best in Tech award for Engineering Efficacy by PluralSight in 2022.
Matthew attended Salt Lake Community College, holds many Project Management and Agile Coaching certifications, and recently moved his family to the Philadelphia area. In his spare time Matthew enjoys loving his exotic pets and crafting miniature dioramas with his wife.
